Commonly Asked Support Questions
You can reset your password in your account portal. Click “Your Account” above, then choose “MS365 Tools.” From here you can reset your password, request new accounts (admins only), and check your account status. For account questions and concerns, please open a ticket and we'll respond as soon as possible.
If Aporo Systems manages your firewall, you can call or email us to managed allowed/blocked sites, or if you have a trained power user, they will have access to manage the firewall locally. If you are not an admin, you'll need them to request the change. We are not able to process firewall changes from non-approved admins. Company policy, not Aporo Systems policy, determines what content is allowed, and what content is blocked. This may include e-commerce and social media sites being blocked.
first, DON'T PANIC. 99% of all alerts are false-postives. Next, don't change or click anything, don't open any emails or visit any websites. If you see any pop ups threatening you (pay us or we'll release sensative photos of you, etc), they are all lies. Call us emmediately, and we'll manage the situation.
