This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Aporo Systems, an Arizona company. By accessing or using the Site, or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

The Site provides:

• Information about Aporo Systems
• An online management system

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

4. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or communicating with us electronically (including by email or online forms), you consent to receive electronic communications from Aporo Systems. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

5. Child Safety

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellation:
- Cancel an order less than 48 hours after submission: full refund to the original payment method
- Cancel more than 48 hours from submission: 70% of services can be refunded, minus and costs to vendors

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, images, software) is owned by Aporo Systems or its partners and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Aporo Systems is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of linked sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law:

• The Site and services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
• Aporo Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the related service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aporo Systems, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Site or services
• Your negligence or misconduct

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Arbitration: Most disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
• Waiver of Jury & Class Actions: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Claims may only be brought individually.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or unlawful activity.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed waivers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aporo Systems. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect.
